Simple Promise
Didn't feel better after your session? Tell us within 24 hours and we'll credit your account.
We believe in the value of every conversation. If a session didn't meet your expectations or didn't help you feel better, we want to make it right.
Refund Timeframe
Request refunds within 24 hours of your session ending. This gives you time to reflect on the experience while keeping things fair for Hosts.
Example: If you joined a Circle at 2:00 PM, you can request a refund until 2:00 PM the next day.
How to Request
Requesting a refund is simple and straightforward.
- Complete the "felt-better check" after your session (you'll see this prompt)
- If you select "No, didn't feel better," you'll be asked if you want a refund
- Or contact us directly via our contact page with your session details
Include the session date, time, Host name, and brief reason for your refund request.
What Gets Refunded
1:1 Sessions
Full refund of the per-minute charges for the session duration.
Circle Tickets
Full refund of the ticket price if you request within 24 hours.
Virtual Gifts
Gifts are non-refundable as they're tokens of appreciation sent to Hosts.
Processing
Refunds are processed as credits to your weehours.club wallet within 48 hours of approval. Credits never expire and can be used for any future session.
If you prefer a direct refund to your original payment method, let us know in your request and we'll process it accordingly (may take 5–7 business days).
